A beautiful original work written by Coastal Carolina University graduate, Chloe Holmes. A multi-generational comic-drama set in 1966 Chicago, Illinois and 1947 Americus, Georgia. Seventeen year-old Dahlia, who has never felt complete in her identity, lives with her single mother during the mid-1960s. She uncovers a discarded diary that once belonged to her mother and discovers the buried secrets of her mother's past. Through the pages, Dahlia learns about her parents' love story and the tragic events that led to her father's death.
